WELL!! after much kicking around and some complaints I have come up with this, it not only replaces the amtlib.dll files correctly, BUT it also modifies the hosts file!! (it does NOT replace the hosts file, merely ADDS to it). Please let me know if this works well for you or not.
THIS DOES WORK FOR ADOBE CS5 32BIT AND 64BIT!! (this auto-determines what OS you are using then patches accordingly)
Simply, install using the given keys.
Run the activator
then use..
tada...ENJOY!!
